The hotel is located in a cool, hipster German neighborhood that is close to the center. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with sculptures, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed with lots of storage space and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the staff is helpful and friendly. An added advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dinner.
One of the receptionists lacked interest in providing information about a specific tour.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was luxurious with green marble and heated floors. The staff, especially Knut, were personable and very helpful. The breakfast was a feast with a wide variety of high-quality options. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the tram stop and a few stops away from Alexander Platz. The hotel also had a beautiful garden in the back.
Everything was spot on.

We stayed in a beautifully renovated hotel in former east Berlin. The room was spacious and comfortable, with underfloor heating in the bathroom. The staff, especially the breakfast team, were friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious German food. The hotel was conveniently located near tram and underground stations, making it easy to explore the city.
We felt safe and had no complaints during our stay.
